Malvasia 35%, Moscato 30%

PRODUCTION AREA: Fratterosa

SOIL TYPE: Tuff, Silt, Clay

TRAINING SYSTEM: Double inverted

EXPOSURE: South West

YIELD PER HECTARE: 5-8 Tons

VINIFICATION: fermentation in the absence of skins for 15 days. Malvasia and Bianchello withered: long winter fermentation (2-3 months)

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.00% VOL.

TOTAL ACIDITY: 6.40 GR/L

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 140 GR/
