Terraced vineyard near the Adriatic Sea, at an altitude of 100 metres, on tufa and sand soil where the winds of bora, mistral and tramontana, caressing the vineyards, deposit the sea salt while the warm and dry wind of libeccio (garbino ) brings the grapes to optimal ripeness.

Sensory Analysis:

At sight it has a soft pink color (onion skin), the nose gives off fruity and floral aromas.

On the palate it is acidulous, fresh, summery.

Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes well with shellfish, fish and more demanding dishes such as “Brodetto alla Fanese” (fish soup with tomato)
