From a collaboration with an important Campana winery, this Spumante Brut wine was born with characteristics of great drinkability.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with oysters, shellfish and raw fish (sushi).
Second fermentation: in autoclave for 4 months
Grapes: Falanghina 100%
Alcohol content: 12% vol
Total acidity: 6.2 g/l
