On the View straw-colored, bright and luminous with fine and persistent. Slightly citrusy mineral nose of cedar, fragrant floral impact of hawthorn, linden and lily of the valley, fruity notes of pear, apple, pine nuts, herbaceous notes, bread crust and icing sugar.

The taste is dry, sapid and creamy, balanced between freshness and softness, with a good persistence with a mineral aftertaste.
