The hot and humid sirocco and the hot and dry libeccio, caressing the vineyard, complete the optimal ripening of the Sangiovese grapes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sensory analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At sight it is ruby \u200b\u200bred with garnet reflections. Complex nose of aromas of red fruit, blackberries, currants, plum jam, juniper then minerality expressed in hints of humus, undergrowth, damp earth. Roasted nuts mace (nutmeg) and tobacco.
