Sensory Analysis:

At sight straw yellow, brilliant and luminous with fine and persistent perlage. Slightly citrusy mineral nose of cedar, fragrant floral impact of hawthorn, linden and lily of the valley, fruity of pear, apple, pine nuts, herbaceous notes, bread crust and icing sugar.

The taste is dry, sapid and creamy, balanced between freshness and softness, with a good persistence with a mineral aftertaste.
