Sie wird auch Biancame oder Greco genannt und hat einen sehr alten Ursprung.<\/p>\n<p><em>Es hei\u00dft n\u00e4mlich, dass die karthagische Armee von Asdrubale am schw\u00fclen Vorabend der Schlacht von Metauro (207 v. Chr.) dem Genuss dieses Weins fr\u00f6nte, indem sie einen feierlichen Kater erlitt und am n\u00e4chsten Tag vor der r\u00f6mischen Armee vernichtend fiel.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Der Bianchello del Metauro wird aus einer autochthonen Rebsorte hergestellt, die aufgrund ihrer sehr begrenzten Verbreitung, die sich auf einige Gemeinden in der Provinz Pesaro in der Region Marken beschr\u00e4nkt, von der Europ\u00e4ischen Gemeinschaft gesch\u00fctzt ist.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00fcngste Studien \u00fcber die DNA dieser Rebe f\u00fchren den Ursprung des Bianchello del Metauro auf eine Trebbiano-Rebe zur\u00fcck, die jedoch aufgrund ihrer Best\u00e4ndigkeit seit der Antike in diesen Gebieten besondere Eigenschaften entwickelt hat, die dem Wein Bianchello del Metauro eine besondere Pers\u00f6nlichkeit verleihen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bianchello del Metauro hat eine strohgelbe Farbe, ein feines Aroma und einen trockenen, angenehmen Geschmack!<\/p>\n<p>Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb Claudio Morelli produziert drei Arten von Bianchello del Metauro: San Cesareo, Borgo Torre und Vigna delle Terrazze.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Der San Cesareo ist ein Bianchello del Metauro, der in Roncosambaccio-Fano aus einer Bodenart aus Tuffstein und Sand hergestellt wird.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Borgo Torre ist ein Bianchello del Metauro, der in der Gegend von Fratterosa auf einer Bodenart aus Tuffstein, Schluff und Lehm erzeugt wird.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vigna delle Terrazze ist ein Bianchello del Metauro, der in der Gegend von Roncosambaccio-Fano auf einer Bodenart aus Tuffstein erzeugt wird.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le uve Bianchello del Metauro vengono coltivate in vicinanza del mare o nelle colline prospicienti la vallata del fiume Metauro.
